...Actually I just changed accounts, so even though its seems that there are now 2 people writing to this blog its only me, using 'sherena' for both accounts.

Went to see the two houses yesterday, both beautiful inside, 1st one a bit further out than we want to go but the only problem was its not due till we've already left here! 4Bedrooms, lovely kitchen, sunken lounge, weird thing going on with the front door, it was on the corner of the house!!?? nice backyard, carport and a entertainment area.
The second was deceptive from the outside it looked really small, the first thing I didn't like was that they had converted the garage to a unit, so you only had one carspace. Inside however was huge. The kitchen/Dining was the whole length of the house and it had 4 bedrooms. Outside it got a bit freaky, the corner of house butted up against the fence on one side on the other it spread out into a huge back yard. No storage for stuff like lawnmowers and the like though!

Saw one house today, nice 3 bedrooms, right next to school only $330, building a garage out the back and has a back entrance to garage ? Anyway will apply because I like it.
